The QSaw© Quartz precision blades are superior blades tailored to cut aluminum. They’re non-ferrous carbide tipped saw blades that provide smooth, high-production cuts. This means that in addition to cutting aluminum, they’re also able to tackle a wide variety of materials, including magnesium, zinc, and other non-ferrous metals in a range of forms, like sheet, extrusion, bar stock form, grating, pipe or tube. Engineered in both standard inch and metric sizes, these non-ferrous carbide tipped saw blades will fit most European and American designed saw machines.

Cuts Cooler: When cutting non-ferrous metals, QSaw© Quartz blades produce virtually no heat, burrs or sparks, leaving an instantly workable finish. This allows the material to be handled after cutting, instead of having to wait for the metal to cool down, as required with other abrasive saws.

Cuts Faster: QSaw© Quartz blades cut faster than traditional abrasive blades. A QSaw© Quartz steel blade can cut through 6’’ of ¼’’ thick aluminum plate in as little as 12 seconds.

Cuts Longer: Abrasive blades wear down quickly. This reduces both cut quality and cut capacity depth. It also increases the costs, since workshops have to pay to replace of abrasives. One Quartz steel blade can last as long as 20 abrasive blades and maintain its quality and capacity throughout, saving time and money.

Cuts Accurately: Abrasive blades tend to flex and “walk” during a cut. Quartz blades are designed for accuracy and precision.
